How to endorse Good Plan Management
Endorsing us is how the NDIA records Good Plan Management as your plan manager. Start with the box that sounds like you, then follow it down.
Start here
I’m about to start my first NDIS plan
Check your plan includes plan management funding. If it isn’t there, ask your NDIS contact to add it.
I’m agency managed or self managed
Ask the NDIA to add plan management funding to your plan. It can be done in the same call.
I’m with another plan manager
Nothing to arrange first. You can switch at any time, and you don’t need to give a reason.
The NDIA, or your My NDIS contact
Tell them you have chosen Good Plan Management as your plan manager.
Switching? Also ask them to end the role of your current plan manager.
Have these in front of you
- Your NDIS number
- On the front of your plan
- Our name
- Good Plan Management
- Our registration number
- 4053607738
Two things to get right
- Endorse us as your plan manager, not as a plan provider. They are different roles in the NDIA’s system.
- Start the endorsement from your current plan’s start date, not today. That lets us process invoices already issued.
“Hi, I'm calling to endorse a plan manager for my current plan. I'd like to endorse Good Plan Management as my plan manager. Their NDIS provider registration number is 4053607738. Please endorse them from [your plan’s start date].”
That’s the whole conversation. The NDIA usually records it while you are still on the phone.
Prefer not to call?
Do it in the my NDIS participant portal.
- 1Open my providers
- 2End role on your current plan manager
- 3Search Good Plan Management (4053607738)
- 4Pick the role plan manager
Stuck on any of this? Call us and we’ll do it with you.
Ring us before you endorse, or while you are on hold to the NDIA, and we will tell you exactly what to ask for.
Not with us yet? Start an application first – endorsing us is the step after that.
